Steve is a senior team member with the Charleston Regional Development Alliance (CRDA), a public/private economic development partnership that serves as a catalyst for long-term regional prosperity by attracting the world’s best companies, talent and entrepreneurs. Steve serves as CRDA's chief strategist, utilizing his experience in corporate brand management to oversee research and planning initiatives that guide regional economic development and inform branding, marketing and business development initiatives. He also works to convene and connect regional stakeholders to align and strengthen efforts related to key economic development issues and the community’s competitive edge. Steve is a co-founder of Charleston’s Creative Parliament, an all-volunteer adhocracy of creative professionals dedicated to helping Charleston realize its full potential as a creative community. He also serves on the Board of Directors of PURE Theatre, Charleston’s contemporary theater ensemble, and on the Advisory Board for the College of Charleston's School of Professional Studies.
