Jonathan Coppage is a visiting senior fellow with the R Street Institute, where he studies regulatory obstacles to the traditional, walkable neighborhood development patterns that strengthen communities both socially and fiscally. He is a contributing editor to The American Conservative magazine, where he edited the New Urbs project before joining R Street, and has also been published in The Washington Post, First Things, and National Review. Based in Washington, DC, Jonathan has spoken on urbanism and mixed-use development at events across the country, from Dallas, TX to Providence, RI.
