Emefa Agawu is a program associate in New America's Cybersecurity Initiative, where she runs a project on State and Local Cybersecurity. She joins New America from Princeton University, where she worked for Dr. Jake Shapiro on the Empirical Studies of Conflict (ESOC) Project at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
Emefa has a BA in political science from Yale University. She hails from New Jersey and Ghana.
