Doug Smith has extensive experience in civic engagement and program development both nationally and internationally. As Vice President of The Montpelier Foundation, he oversees its Robert H. Smith Center for the Constitution to strengthen constitutional democracy here and abroad. His passions are government relations, politics, and the role of citizens and political power. He and his family live in Charlottesville, Virginia.
