Bradley R. Jones—Biography President and CEO Harristown Enterprises Inc. Effective January, 2015 Brad became President and CEO of Harristown Enterprises, Inc. He oversees the ownership and management of over 2.5 Million s.f. of real estate, including about 60 retail and commercial tenants, and Strawberry Square in downtown Harrisburg, a staff of over 150 employees and a growing portfolio of residential apartments. He leads the development efforts of Harristown, which has been involved in over $500 Million of mixed use projects in downtown Harrisburg since 1974. Signature Harristown projects include Strawberry Square, 333 Market Street, the Chestnut Street and 5th Street Parking garages, the Hilton Harrisburg, the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts, the International House Harrisburg, and the Messiah Harrisburg Institute branch campus downtown. Brad has served in multiple positions with Harristown during the last 18 years before becoming President in 2015. During his first three years of serving as President, Harristown completed over $40 Million in projects including multiple new office, restaurant, and retail tenants, four new downtown residential projects and a massive energy and facility improvement project for Strawberry Square and 333 Market Street. Brad is past Chair of the Capital Region Economic Development Corporation, past President of Harrisburg Young Professionals, past Chair of the Modern Transit Partnership, a former board member of the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts, and is past Chair and still currently serves on the board for the Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Central Pa chapter of ULI Philadelphia. Brad lives in Camp Hill with his wife Robin and they have three children two of which are now in college at Drexel University. Brad enjoys fitness, bicycling, guitar, reading, and kayaking in his spare time.
